Third Reality's Water Leak Sensor provides an effective solution to protect your property. The setup is easy and requires no wiring, making monitoring more convenient. When a water leak occurs, the sensor will not only sound a loud alarm but also deliver an app notification to the user's smartphone through the Third Reality App. Users can even rename the sensors in the app to keep track of where the leakage is happening and take timely action to prevent further damage.

HASSLE-FREE SET UP AND FIT ANYWHERE: The Water Leak Sensor has a compact design and can be placed on the floor of your kitchen, basement, laundry room, or any other flat surface where you want to monitor for leaks, such as near the washing machine, water heater, sinks, or dishwasher.

INSTANT ALARMS: After the Water Leak Sensor is set up, the Third Reality App will push app and email notifications when a water leak is detected. The sensor also features a loud 120dB alarm, making it audible even in the basement or upstairs within your home, even when the internet is down.

APP FUNCTION: The device detail page in the Third Reality App displays the battery level, sensor's real-time status, and historical data.

3-YEAR LONG BATTERY LIFE: The Water Leak Sensor uses two AAA 1.5V Alkaline batteries, which are easy to replace.

APARTMENT AND HOTEL MANAGER FRIENDLY: When connected to the Third Reality Hub/Smart Speaker, the Water Leak Sensor can be monitored not only through the Third Reality App but also through the 3R-Protect Manager App, allowing property managers to keep track of potential leaks.

More Smart Assistant Supported: By integrating with the Smart Bridge MZ1 (sold separately), the Water Leak Sensor can be controlled and monitored through Apple HomeKit and Google Home, while also supporting software OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.
