When the hub successfully connects to WiFi for the first time, the water leak sensor has already been connected to the hub by default, enabling a seamless setup.

The sight of water constantly leaking from your kitchen sink drain raises an instant alarm. The longer you wait, the greater the chance of an unexpected flood in your kitchen. The bottom of the washing machine is prone to water seepage, and the surrounding cabinets can store household items, potentially causing significant damage.

Toilets are also high-frequency areas for falls, so we recommend placing the sensor on the lower end of the toilet to detect water leakage in time. The elderly and children are most likely to fall in the bathroom, so we must always keep the bathroom dry. Winees sensors will protect your family's safety.

Placing our sensor in the basement, which is often overlooked but most likely to be soaked when water leaks, can protect your home in time instead of you, as the basement is frequently used to store valuables.

The detector provides three levels of adjustable volume: high, medium, and low, allowing you to customize the suitable volume through the app or hub. Quickly cancel the alarm through the three buttons on the hub or app.

A quick way to add new water sensors is to press and hold the 915MHz pairing button on the hub for 3 seconds, and then press and hold the sensor for 5 seconds.

Gently turn the shell behind the sensor with the knob to remove and replace the battery.

The Water Leak Sensor utilizes the conductivity of water. When two probes touch the water simultaneously, a current loop is formed, and the sensor reports the water immersion/water leakage status to the hub, triggering an alarm.

If the alarm switch of the sub-device is not turned on in the sub-device list of the app, only message push and logging are available, and no alarm sound will be heard.

The water leak sensor may go offline for several reasons: being too far from the hub, low or dead battery, or installation on a metal surface that disrupts the signal. To reconnect, follow the device adding method, move the device closer to the hub, or check for a hub overload.

When the detected water level reaches a height of 2mm, an alarm can be triggered. By connecting the hub to WiFi, you can remotely monitor water leakage in real-time on the mobile app, with a distance of up to 100 meters between the hub and sensor, effectively monitoring for water leaking events even in the basement (only supports 2.4G WiFi).
