Compared to Wi-Fi, the Zigbee gateway signal is more stable, with a faster response speed, and is safer and more reliable. The device can be connected to other sub-devices, such as door sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, through the Tuya Zigbee network protocol.

The water leak detector can be linked with other Tuya solution devices, including WiFi and Bluetooth devices (with the gateway required) as well as Zigbee devices. This allows for the creation of automated scenes, such as automatically turning off a smart plug connected to a washing machine in the event of a water leak.

The IP66 waterproof rating and rust-resistant outer coating of the device enable extended use in humid areas, such as near common household water sources like dishwashers, water heaters, or washing machines.

Installation of this water leakage detector is straightforward, as it does not require any tools. With a compact size of 50 x 50 x 18 mm, you can simply place it in the area where water leakage needs to be detected, and it will sensitively detect any leaks.
