Requirements

• Compatibility: An AQARA hub is required and must be purchased separately. Our hub is not compatible with those from other brands.
• WiFi Connection: Use a secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for best performance. For Camera Hub G3, you can also use 5 GHz. Note: Wi-Fi 6 is not supported. Hub M2 supports wired connections via Ethernet.
• Home Automation Integration: Before connecting to Apple HomeKit or enabling skills in Google Home and Alexa, please ensure the Aqara Water Leak Sensor is connected to an AQARA hub.

Proximity

• Sturdy Connection: Place the Aqara Water Leak Sensor within 400 inches of the AQARA Zigbee hub. Ensure both the hub and your Wi-Fi router are on the same local area network (LAN).

Flood Detection

• Immediate Alerts: The sensor sends alerts to your phone and activates the local alarm on the Aqara Hub when water is detected.
