The U100 offers a variety of unlocking methods to fit different needs. Use the high-precision fingerprint reader to store up to 50 unique fingerprints. Remotely configure passwords via the Aqara Home app (compatible with An Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub), ideal for temporary visitors. For emergencies, a mechanical key is provided. Note that NFC cards, while in high demand, will be sold separately in the near future.

Connect the U100 with the Aqara Video Doorbell G4 to Apple HomeKit Secure Video for enhanced security. To ensure your data is protected, a subscription to iCloud is required for both recording and playback. The G4 is a unique video doorbell that uses local AI for face recognition, automations, and more. HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT are all supported.

Continuous Monitoring and Storage Options

With 24/7 recording, you can monitor your front door continuously—simply insert a Micro SD card (not included). This real-time monitoring is only available in wired powering mode. The G4 also offers event-based cloud storage for up to 7 days. For more significant storage needs, local NAS storage using the Samba protocol is supported (requires a supported Micro SD card and SMB-compatible software).
