The U50 is a smart door lock that seamlessly integrates with Apple Home. It can be unlocked by simply tapping an iPhone or Apple Watch, even when the device is out of power, thanks to the Apple Home Key support. Additionally, the Do Not Disturb mode can mute the door lock sounds during a specified time period, ensuring it doesn't disrupt your family's sleep when you return home late.

Designed for durability and security, the U50 is powered by 4 AA batteries (6V batteries included) and has a long battery life of up to 6 months. In case of an emergency, a USB-C to A port is available for charging. The lock's zinc alloy body has an IPX5 rating and meets the BHMA Level 3 safety standard, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -31°F to 150.8°F. Your sensitive data is stored locally and fully encrypted using AES.

Additionally, the U50 makes rekeying a hassle-free process. You can simply remove the lock cylinder, have a locksmith adjust the pins to match your existing 5-pin key, and continue using your original key to unlock the door.
